The National Council of Provinces adopted the Joint Constitutional Review Committee’s report on the review of Section 25 of the Constitution. Eastern Cape, Free State, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape and North West voted in favour. Western Cape voted against the report.
